Refund policy

All items in our store are made to order and created individually after purchase.


Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.


If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or solution if applicable.


Please note:

 

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for wrong size selection, change of mind, or custom/personalized orders.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are not grounds for refunds.
